What this changes for you
- The project is modelled digitally before being built, using 3D graphical input or IFC models: you test the options while they still cost nothing.
- Specifications, quantity take-offs and bills of quantities are prepared from this model, then all CFC items are costed with our own database.
- Compliance with SIA standards is checked in parallel.
- Tenders and site monitoring draw on the same data: the budget is tracked from the first study to handover.
