Frequently asked questions
Do you charge commissions to contractors?

No. We charge only our fees, which correspond to the time you would otherwise have to devote to it yourself, with the trade expertise and the tools that go with it. With no commission, we have no interest in favouring one contractor over another.

Who chooses the contractors?

The client. Following our expert assessment, the client decides which subcontractors to proceed with. Contracts and payments remain directly between the client and the contractors.

Does a study or advice commit me to entrusting you with construction management?

No. A study or advice is never conditional on a construction management mandate. Each assignment has a scope, deliverables and fees defined by offer.

What does “open-book execution” mean?

Prices, tenders, contracts and decisions remain visible to the client, from the first study to handover.
